For maturing, the wine must be protected throughout from any excessive variations in temperature. This is why the electronic regulation system offers control down to a 10th of a degree. An LCD display allows you to instantly read the temperature.

EuroCave Glass Doors are made up of two sheets of 4mm tempered glass. They are separated by a 20mm vacuum layer, to insure excellent heat insulation on the double glazing principle. A U.V. screening process also protects the wine from light. All doors are reversible.

The EuroCave quality controls largely exceed the requirements of the EN 60335:

• Standard Cold circuit seal test on 100% of wine cabinets.
• Electrical safety test on 100% of wine cabinets.
• Final control bearing on 40 check points and operational test on 100% of cabinets enabling validation of the dispatched cabinet's conformity to the order.

5) Compliance with ecological standards

EuroCave subscribes to the objectives of Sustainable Development.
For example, the EuroCave cabinets and air conditioners use a CFC free cooling liquid that respects the ozone layer. The wood used to manufacture the racks comes from plantations approved by the SGS Audit Program.
