ONAM water cooled refrigeration system is completely self-contained. It can be placed free-standing in the cellar or in an area adjacent and vented to the cellar via insulated ductwork. It does not disperse heat into the air surrounding the unit but rather pumps the heat from a water supply.

» ONAM - General Info

The ONAM water cooled refrigeration system is completely self-contained and easy to install. There are three models available depending on the location of the unit. One Model is located outside of the wine cellar and the other two models are located inside the cellar. The units are quiet, vibration free and with some models completely concealed. They do not exhaust heat into the air but rather the heat is transferred to water and runs into the drain. These units can provide reliable refrigeration to cellars up to 2000 cubic feet.

ONAM Water Cooled Cooling Systems Feature:

These units are designed for residential and commercial applications and easily installed. Requires only a dedicated 110V power supply, a water supply and a drain. The water consumption required when cooling (with a supply of 60F water) is approximately ¼ gallon (1 L) a minute. All ONAM products are designed with the best available components and with the following standard features:

Powerful: Can cool a properly insulated space (R20) as large as 2000 cubic feet.
Refrigerant access fittings for easy servicing.
Fan: Maintenance free motor, powerful scroll cage blower. (CW-30M & CW-30W)
Evaporator with industrial tube thickness and dip-coated to resist pitting failure. (CW-30M & CW-30W)
Stainless steel thermal expansion valve automatically regulates refrigerant according to the load for efficient operation and minimized dehumidification.
Embossed aluminum casing; double walled construction.
Insulation for high efficiency and quiet operation.
Condensate pump for installations without a gravity drain.
Pressure activated water valve automatically regulates water flow (0-100%) for high efficiency and water conservation.
Cupro-nickel coaxial condenser for efficient heat transfer and a high resistance to a failure from a chlorinated water supply.
Sight glass for accurate charging and troubleshooting.
Removable access panels for easy servicing.
Hermetic compressor with internal-external vibration isolators.
High pressure safety control disables unit if operating pressure exceeds preset limit preventing catastrophic compressor failure.
Low pressure safety control disables unit if operating pressure exceeds preset limit preventing compressor seizing and likely failure.
High temperature safety control disables unit if the compressor cavity exceeds normal operating temperature.
Double vibration isolation for quiet operation.
6 foot line cord; no hard wiring required.
R134a environmentally friendly refrigerant.
Remote electronic thermostatic control for accurate temperature control. Equipped with OFF/ON switch

WARRANTY:

The ONAM water-cooled system is warranted free of manufacturing defects both as to workmanship and materials for the period of two years from purchase date. Field labor is not included.

DELIVERY:

All ONAM units require approximately three to five weeks for delivery. Shipping cost depends on location but is usually around $200 to $300 USD
