Custom Wine Racks

A truly custom wine cellar provides for continuation from wall to wall and floor to ceiling of racking and design elements. Your dream cellar can incorporate the design elements important to you such as arches, waterfall display, angled bottle display, and horizontal display. The custom built wine racks come in All Heart Premium Grade Redwood, Western Red Cedar (odorless) and Malaysian Mahogany. Other wood species are available if you desire and we will provide pricing on an individual basis.

Our custom wine racks are 13 3/8" deep and the height will vary depending on your needs. The wood is 3/4" x 1 1/2" and has a smooth radius on all edges. 750ml wine bottles are completely submerged within the wine rack.

Woods Available

All Heartwood Redwood - consistently dark reddish colour.
Premium Redwood - clear, dark reddish colour with some blond.
Clear Western Red Cedar - low odor. Consistently light brown colour.
Malaysian Mahogany - an exotic alternative.
Other wood species will be priced on an individual basis.

STAINING OPTION

Yes, staining is available for our custom racking.
Our staining is a 2 step low voc stain/clear finish process. We find that this process is superior to the 1 step dip stain process used by some of our competitor. We find the 1 step dip stain provides lower quality finish and poor appearance

Wine rack prices and shipping prices will vary depending on the configuration of your cellar.

Our staff can assist with phone support for you or your contractor to help assemble the racking when you receive the shipment. It is very handy to use a pneumatic nailer, cordless screwdriver and chop saw for installation, but not absolutely necessary.

Please note that if the neck of the bottle is sticking out, we have used modular racks and customized them to suit the cellar. Modular racking is available at a fraction of the cost of custom racking.
