Receiving your Order

Please inspect your order carefully as to contents, condition and verify you received the correct merchandise.

If the exterior of the box(es) appears to be damaged, please note this on the couriers waybill when accepting the product. Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please do not damage or throw out the manufacturer's packaging. All of the original packaging must be retained if a problem exists.

Please contact us if you have any problems. If the product is damaged we will send you either a new product or replacement pieces. We will take care of your replacement quickly and we do not need to wait for our settlement with the shipping company.

We may also require you to notify the shipping company to put in a damage complaint, the courier may need to examine the boxes, so don't throw anything away.

Keep your invoice and manual with your important records. Read all instruction manuals before assembly or turning on the unit.

Rosehill Wine Cellars will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility will only be the monetary value of the merchandise. ALL deliveries are a "to your door" delivery, unless otherwise stated.
