Why Choose Rosehill?
Welcome Wine Lover,
I want to thank you for visiting our site and letting me tell you about our great company. We are proud of our website, our products, or knowledge, our staff and our ability to deliver what we promise.
Rosehill began life as a general renovation company in 1983. In our first years of operation we worked in some Toronto's most elegant homes until the defining moment in 1995 when we were asked to build our first wine cellar. This and my growing appreciation of fine wines, made me realize that I wanted to specialize in creating perfect spaces where quality wines could be collected and conserved in optimum and beautiful surroundings.
Since then we have renovated and constructed many custom wine cellars and have expanded our range of services to provide our clients with the best quality wine racks, wine cooling units, wine cabinets, wine accessories, crystal and decanters and even wine cellar management software to help you better manage your collection.
Since 2001 we have been selling these out of our 7,500 square foot retail showroom in Etobicoke, a little to the south of Six Points Plaza, and we also have our own 15,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Mississauga where we carry out all our racking and custom millwork operations.
We continue to strive to become recognized as one of North America's top companies for supplying excellent wine storage products. But nevertheless our heart remains in designing and constructing tailor-made wine storage spaces that are customized around your personal collection and your specific tastes in architecture and interior design.
Why choose Rosehill Wine Cellars to create your cellar?
When you talk to us you can be sure that we will provide informed and knowledgeable answers to all of your questions. We can design your new custom wine cellar from scratch, or renovate your existing facilities or even just recommend and install the best wine racks, wine cabinets, wine cooling systems or even wine cellar management software to improve your current system.
At Rosehill Wine Cellars we treat each new client as an individual and will talk with you until we have a clear idea of the ambience and design you would like to achieve.
Good wine deserves a good home!
You can be confident that all of the products and services we offer are of the finest quality and will enhance your enjoyment of, and pleasure in, your wine collection. I only ever recommend items that I truly believe will appeal to the discerning wine enthusiast – to me it would be anathema to do business in any other way.
Creating a superior e-shopping environment!
When we started out in the good old days we met all of our customers face to face and could establish a personal relationship with our clients based on direct human contact, individual trust and mutual confidence. Without a doubt getting to know our clients and seeing their satisfaction on completion of their wine cellar construction or renovation are still the most satisfying elements of what we do.
These days e-shopping is very efficient, money saving and all but it definitely lacks that personal element – and this is one aspect that I truly miss. Pointing and clicking is all very well but how can those of you who don't meet us be sure you are buying what truly suits you best?
We try to provide as much information as we can about every item we sell – that's why you'll find plenty to read and to look at on our web site! We want you to get a real idea of exactly what you are buying. If you have any questions, no matter how small, our trained customer service team is standing buy and ready to provide the answers.
We also regularly peruse other competitive sites to ensure that our prices are attractive and the items we offer are the top of their range. If you find something you don't like (or even better, something that really appeals to you!) we would welcome your feedback. We appreciate all your comments so that we can continue to expand our website and make it the best in its field.
If you come across items you think we could include in our inventory we would welcome your suggestions. In the past our clients have returned from trips overseas with recommendations for corkscrews, custom barrels, wine aerators, decorative funnels, humidity gauges, crystal and stemware, and many other types of wine accessories that we now sell out of our showroom and include on our site. All your ideas will be most gratefully received and considered.
The difference with Rosehill Wine Cellars is that we remember that behind every voice we speak to is a living, breathing individual who is passionate about wine, just like us, and who wants to savour every moment of their wine collection. Although we may never get to meet you in person, to us you will always be an individual and we will always treat you as such.
If you have time and live nearby we would like to extend a whole-hearted invitation to you to visit our 7,500 square foot showroom located close to downtown Toronto in Etobicoke. Despite all the time-saving advantages and conveniences of modern technology there is still nothing quite like meeting our clients face to face and letting you see and feel for yourself the excellent quality of the products we offer.
But if you live too far away to pay us a visit we will communicate with you via the media you prefer:
By phone – just call us on 416-285-6604 or 1-888-253-6807
Or by any type of social media including Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and others - just let us know what works for you and we will take it from there. Thank you for taking the time to look through our site. We hope very much that you like what you see and that we will have the pleasure of welcoming your patronage in the near future.
I established Rosehill as a general renovation company in 1983. Over the years we have worked in many of the finer homes in Toronto, Canada. In 1995 we built our first wine cellar and I realized that this was the field I experienced a passion for, and wanted to specialize in. Since that time we have expanded to include all the wine storage products you see featured on this site. Our goal is to be one of the top companies in North America supplying products for wine storage. Included with our product offerings is the designing and building of custom wine cellars.
Our competitive edge is product knowledge, which is evident when you talk to any of our company representatives. I like to think that we are in the business of selling trust. This trust gives customers the confidence that they are getting the right information for any of the products we sell. Each customer is a person and not a statistic. At Rosehill, we are thrilled that we get to share our design skill and installation tips with our customers so that they can do a great job on their own cellars (and obviously we'd like to sell you the products you require!).
Your wine deserves the very best home and we're here to help!
My thoughts on the shopping process...
We try to provide more than just being the cheapest price (and we actively shop our competitive sites to ensure we are in line). We are constantly making improvements to our website and include as much product information as possible to ensure customers are best educated. We put a lot of work into our website and appreciate all of the customer feedback to make it even better. We think the extra effort of a detailed website gives us a competitive advantage and a strong customer following.
Rosehill still gives the human connection that can make shopping enjoyable. It also allows us to ensure you have chosen the products that will best suit your needs. And we will feel that we have made another friend who shares the passion of wine collecting.
We value our customers and their feedback and are always eager to improve as a company. We are pleased that many of our customers have independently written positive comments about us in various different chat groups.
Please check out our website and you will see that we offer quality service and products at a competitive price. Your anticipated patronage is very much appreciated.
PS - We are a Bricks & Mortar Store. We've owned our 6500 sq. ft. building since 2001; this should help give our customers greater confidence that we're not going anywhere. If you wanted to look at our building, it is now included within Google Maps "Street View". You'll even see our Peter who was standing to the north of the UPS Truck as the Google Camera car drove by.
