Receiving your Order

Please inspect your order carefully as to contents, condition and verify you received the correct merchandise.

If the exterior of the box(es) appears to be damaged, please note this on the couriers waybill when accepting the product. Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please do not damage or throw out the manufacturer's packaging. All of the original packaging must be retained if a problem exists.

Please contact us if you have any problems. If the product is damaged we will send you either a new product or replacement pieces. We will take care of your replacement parts quickly and we do not need to wait for our settlement with the shipping company.

In 99% of cases, it is better to accept the shipment and let us know what replacement parts/boxes are needed.  As long as you indicate condition of boxes when signing for your order, we are covered for shipping insurance.  In some cases it's best NOT to refuse the entire shipment, it is too costly to re-ship AND will delay the overall process of receiving your order. CONTACT us if you have any questions or concerns.

After the fact, we may require you to notify the shipping company to put in a damage complaint, the courier may need to examine the boxes, so don't throw anything away.

Keep your invoice and manual with your important records. Read all instruction manuals before assembly or turning on the unit.

Rosehill Wine Cellars will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility will only be the monetary value of the merchandise. ALL deliveries are a "to your door" delivery, unless otherwise stated.

Rosehill Wine Cellars deliveryFor most products, if the box(es) appear roughed up or damaged, advise the driver and mark "Exterior Damage" adjacent to your signature (on signature line) but accept the shipment.  Refuse a particular box only if it appears to have VERY extensive damage. If contents are damaged, then contact Rosehill to report the damage within 24 hours. It is often cheaper and faster for us to just send you needed parts than for you to refuse the shipment. While we do not anticipate damage, all our shipments are insured as we want to ensure safe arrival.
